Bright Eyes Family Vision

I have been to a few Eye care places since my regular Dr. retired, and none have been able to get me a prescription that actually works. My glasses prescription is a little difficult but Bright Eyes nailed it. With their modern computerized equipment and knowledgeable staff My new glasses are the best. I highly recommend Bright Eyes in Pingree, IL.

This was my first time with Bright Eyes and they have earned my business for a lifetime. The office was beautiful, inviting, and professional. Technology was more advanced than my prior vision center and less invasive - a welcome change. Doctor Kara was kind, knowledgeable, thorough in answering my questions and made great recommendations based on my vision needs; it was refreshing to have a doc who treated me as more than a number. Staff was friendly and supportive. I had a blast meeting them all and chatting (and discovering a shared love for Jack) while we selected our eyewear; they helped us make a great selection and accomodated our budget. Thank you, Brian, for going above and beyond. And last but not least, Maisie was lovely and sweet; her presence says a lot about Bright Eyes' values. This place is great. First time I had my exam and Doc was awesome . I had a hard time getting my mono vision right but they made sure to get it correct and that I was happy. The staff reaches out and super pleasant. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Williams since we moved here almost 10 years ago. It is wonderful to have a family eye clinic right here in Pingree Grove. The staff at Bright Eyes is so friendly and helpful. We get all our glasses there. They have a great frame selection. Several years back I had cataract surgery and now need to be seen by an opthalmologist. So I no longer go to Dr. Williams for my annual eye exam. However, my husband still has his annual exam there. Last week I had an eye emergency. I was concerned because we were getting ready to go out of town. I called Bright Eyes and they squeezed me in that day. Dr. Williams was able to take care of my problem. It was a big relief to be able to go out of town free from eye pain. Thank you to Dr. Williams and the staff at Bright Eyes Family Vision for all their help. I highly recommend them.

I took my 5 year old here for her first eye exam for kindergarten and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and the place is brand new and clean! The eye doctor, Kara, was also very patient with my kids during the eye exam. Would definitely go back again for future appointments!

Took our 4 year old son for his 1st eye exam! Dr. Zolnik was exceptional she is patient, kind, and understanding with kids. She had tricks to make her younger patients cooperate. When he was having a rough time following instruction she rerouted the explanation, and got what she needed without tears. Very grateful for this experience as it was needed, and your child didn't want to. When as a parent you were preparing for the worst, and got a great experience! You definitely have you have to put that review out for the world, and tell others! They do a fantastic job here.

My husband, son and myself all went here for our yearly exam and the staff was wonderful. Optometrist educated us on everything we needed to know and was so good with our 4 year old. Best doc in the area!

Just leaving Bright Eyes, great staff, very friendly. Mary, Lily and Dr Zolnik were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I don't typically like optometrist visits and I've never recommended one before but here I am strongly recommending this wonderful staff.

I had what I considered to be an eye emergency and could not get in touch with my regular eye doctor. So, on the advice of a friend, I called Bright Eyes and they booked an appointment for me that same day. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor gave me a treatment plan, and I left feeling very relieved. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend them.
