And Hello to Seeing 2020!

Everyone here at Bright Eyes is so grateful for how our business has grown this past year. And we have a few exciting announcements we’d like to share before the year is officially closed.
First -
We would like to officially introduce our two newest members of the Bright Eyes team, Jessica and Lisa. They each bring their own special touch to the office and help us shine in customer service. Jessica is native to this area and recently completed her Associate’s Degree at Elgin Community College. Our patients are already complimenting her on her friendly and empathetic approach to their care. Lisa joins our office with almost 20 years of optical experience. She has extensive knowledge of all areas of patient care and is a great asset to our team. You can read more about Jessica and Lisa on the Team tab!
Second -
Speaking of customer service, we now have a new instrument IN HOUSE that can help shorten the turn-around time for some glasses by days! This instrument, called an edger, allows us to cut the lens for your particular prescription and your custom frame shape here at the office. This means we do not have to send your frames out to a third party, wait for a lab to cut the lens, have them sent back, and then check that everything is correct. Having the edger here means we have better control over the speed and quality of your eyewear!
Third - (Maybe our most exciting announcement)
We have officially launched our very own Bright Eyes Family Vision line of frames called Blue Lagoon. This is something we have been working on for some time and love that we can offer these frames to our patients. They are made with high quality Italian acetate which has better longevity and color-fastness than many other plastic frames. We have also incorporated German and Japanese hinges to ensure our frames have some of the most reliable components available.
With so many new additions to our office this year we cannot wait to see what 2020 has in store for us. Stop by our office to say hi to our new team and to check out our very own line of frames!
