We are excited to announce that we will be reopening as of May 4! Our hours will remain limited during the shelter in place order and priority will be given to those patients with more urgent needs. Our reception area will be closed so please call before you come so we are ready for you.
We have worked hard to implement a new protocol at our office to keep you and our team safe. Please be aware of the following changes:
Each patient is required to wear a mask while in the office. Unfortunately, our limited supplies do not allow us to provide one for you so please bring your own mask.
Our reception area will be closed and we will be asking patients to check in from their cars. We are limiting the amount of people inside the building at one time and asking that all patients come alone. Children under age 18 are allowed to have 1 caregiver in the exam room with them. All check in forms will be available on our website.
In order to maintain proper social distancing, we are limiting our exams to 1 patient per hour. Because this greatly limits our availability, we are implementing a $50 fee for no showing or late cancellation (excluding emergencies). We appreciate your cooperation in giving at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment.
All patients will undergo a COVID-19 screening upon arrival, in addition to having their temperature taken.
An optician will guide you through frame selection so we can ensure all eyewear is properly sanitized.
Thank you so much for supporting your locally-owned optometry practice. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these changes are in place. Your support means more to us than ever during these times!
